To modernize the client’s B2B infrastructure and streamline dealer workflows, our team developed a fully customized e-commerce solution on BigCommerce. The implementation focused on eliminating manual processes and introducing dealer-focused functionality.

What We Delivered:
  • Developed a fully customized B2B e-commerce solution on BigCommerce, designed specifically for dealer use.
  • Implemented a $5,000 minimum first order rule for new users, restricting checkout for unqualified orders while allowing full catalog access and item selection. Clear messaging is displayed throughout the site, including mobile.
  • Built a custom product calculator for managing 6–10 complex product families, allowing users to configure parts, view estimated pricing, and submit quote requests. This feature is integrated with a “My Quote” workflow for post-submission adjustments via the admin interface.

Project Results

The new B2B platform made dealer interactions a lot more straightforward. Instead of juggling spreadsheets or chasing down details over the phone, dealers can now place and update orders in just a few clicks.
