The company is a leading retailer of American-made bedding products, offering mattresses, foundations, pillows, protectors, and sheets from some of the country’s most recognized brands. Since opening its first store in West Virginia in 1983, the company has grown to operate approximately 100 stores across six states - including Alabama, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia - with a workforce of around 300 employees.

  • Took full responsibility for all project phases except UI/UX design - including requirements gathering, project management, Magento development, quality assurance, devops, release planning, and post-launch support.
  • Ensured tight coordination across stakeholders and delivered a platform tailored to the client’s large-scale retail needs.

Project Results

The project earned the prestigious “Best Commerce Launch” award at Adobe’s Magento Imagine conference, recognizing excellence in execution and business impact. Just six weeks after launch, the company reported a 283% increase in online sales for the month of January. Additionally, year-over-year organic web traffic rose by 56%, highlighting the effectiveness of the new platform in driving both engagement and revenue.
