NTY decided to created an improved replica of their existing website on Shopify platform with phase 1 being a basic prototype.

Project Overview

No, Thank You (NTY) is a Santa Monica-based skincare brand offering premium CBD-infused products made for everyone - regardless of gender, race, or sexuality. Founded by an immigrant woman of color and a member of the LGBTQIA community, NTY was created to challenge exclusion and promote radical inclusivity through skincare. Before partnering with Access Solutions, NTY was operating on a WooCommerce website. While highly customizable, the platform proved difficult to maintain and expensive to operate. The admin panel was unintuitive for basic tasks, and the brand found themselves dependent on developers for changes that should’ve been simple. These constraints created high ownership costs and made growth difficult. NTY needed a leaner, more user-friendly solution they could control without sacrificing design or performance.

Approach / Work done

The NTY project was driven by two key constraints - tight budget and tighter timeline. Our goal was to launch a beautiful, functional Shopify store within three weeks that met the brand’s design standards and operational needs.

What We Delivered:
  • We selected a Shopify theme that closely matched NTY’s vision and used it as the design framework. The theme was fully customized to reflect the brand’s unique visual identity - from fonts and colors to iconography and layout.
  • We handled the content transition from WooCommerce, including products, pages, and collections, ensuring the site was ready to go live with no disruption to the customer experience.
  • The initial design and prototyping phase was completed in just over a week. Final revisions and polish based on NTY’s feedback were delivered within two additional weeks.
  • The entire project was executed by a focused team of three: a developer, a UI/UX consultant, and a project manager - keeping overhead low and communication tight.
  • We performed end-to-end quality assurance to ensure the Shopify site was not only functional but optimized for usability and speed.

Project Results

The final result is a fully functional, high-touch Shopify website that elevates NTY’s brand while simplifying day-to-day management. The design is clean, inclusive, and unmistakably “No, Thank You.” The project was delivered on time and within budget, with minimal overhead - empowering the client to own and operate their digital storefront with confidence.
