To address the client’s challenges, we developed a custom composable application using BigCommerce Catalyst, designed to integrate tightly with the Sage X3 ERP system. This approach allowed for seamless communication between the e-commerce front-end and back-office systems, forming a centralized and scalable operational foundation.

Project Results

The newly implemented solution delivered a user-friendly, high-performance B2B platform that transformed the client’s digital operations. Key functionality included automated order splitting, live inventory visibility across multiple warehouses, and dynamic contract pricing. The system eliminated the need for several costly third-party tools, such as Boomi and external dev retainers, consolidating all business operations within Sage X3 while ensuring full compatibility with the BigCommerce front-end.
