Approach / Work done

Given the scope and complexity of the initiative, we proposed a phased digital transformation - starting with the development of a self-service portal as Phase One. This approach allowed us to deliver immediate value while laying the foundation for a future eCommerce migration.

What We Delivered:
  • We developed a single-page application using React.js, fully integrated with the client’s ERP. The portal allows customers to access order-level financial data, run reports, and manage transactions independently - eliminating manual touchpoints and improving transparency.
  • Before any code was written, we ran detailed discovery sessions and produced clickable UI prototypes. This approach gave stakeholders a clear view of user flows, helping refine technical priorities and business needs early in the process.
  • Insights from the prototyping phase led to a complete redefinition of the original project scope. We worked closely with the client and their agency partners to reshape requirements and ensure every feature aligned with real-world usage.
  • Throughout the engagement, we provided hands-on consulting to support strategic decisions - bridging business goals with a grounded technical roadmap.

Project Results

The new self-service application quickly addressed key usability challenges and was well-received by early users. Following its successful launch, we expanded the rollout to the full customer base and received approval to move forward with the next phase: a complete migration to BigCommerce. With the foundation now in place, the client is equipped to scale on a modern, flexible eCommerce platform.
