The project was initially assigned to a Gold Magento partner agency, but suffered from serious mismanagement due to staffing issues. The team experienced two project manager changes, and the solutions architect left early in the process. As a result, the development team lacked direction, and the scope remained underestimated and unstructured. By the time our team was brought in, the project was six months behind schedule with no formal business requirements in place.
Despite the challenges inherited from the previous team and a highly compressed timeline, the website was successfully launched after rebuilding or extensively modifying most of the existing codebase.
