Project Overview

Since 2003, the client has been a leading provider of electronic parts and repair services, offering one of the industry’s largest inventories with over 800,000 unique control system components. Despite their strong market presence, the company faced limitations with a legacy e-commerce platform. Their ERP system was not integrated with the online store, product management for a vast SKU catalog was inefficient, and order processing lacked consistency - negatively impacting service delivery for B2B customers.

To modernize the digital infrastructure and meet the demands of a high-volume, B2B-focused business, we delivered a fully customized Adobe Commerce solution with deep integrations and custom features.

  • Enabled listing and order sync with eBay and Google Shopping via GoDataFeed, incorporating tailored data transformation rules for each channel.
  • Deployed a performance-optimized Hyvä theme with custom UI components for real-time availability and product condition indicators.

Project Results

The new platform took a lot of the friction out of both operations and customer experience. Inventory now updates in real time, and the reworked product catalog makes it much easier to find and order from a catalog of over 800,000 items. Internally, the ordering process flows more smoothly, with fewer bottlenecks slowing things down. What used to feel like a patchwork of tools now works as a single, solid system that can handle the pace - and pressure - of a busy B2B business.
