Client is a large international company operating in dozens of markets and the business requirements were very complex.

• Our team quickly identified that the root cause of the issue had nothing to do with performance or development proper.
• We brought to our client’s attention that there was lack of clarity on the business requirements, no technical leadership and project management was in complete disarray;
• Our team brought our most qualified resources and deeply integrated them into the work process;

The merchant accepted some of the work or was able to get to the UAT phase on a number of features, which was unimaginable just a couple of months earlier.

While the project was not brought to completion, it was an “honorable discharge” for the agency that contracted our team.

While the project was put on hold for a number of reasons, the team was able to salvage client relationship and make major improvements to a number of website components.
