The client’s Magento platform was no longer meeting business needs. High licensing costs, inconsistent performance, and the need for developer support for routine updates made day-to-day operations inefficient. Integration with external systems was unstable, and managing B2B transactions through the site had become increasingly cumbersome.

What We Delivered:

• We migrated the site to BigCommerce, eliminating high overhead and unlocking native B2B capabilities. With a solid base in place, we could focus on optimizing the experience rather than fixing platform issues.
• To modernize the user experience, we used React.js for building dynamic front-end components. This gave customers a smoother, more responsive shopping journey.
• We tapped into GraphQL to streamline data fetching, ensuring faster load times and a snappier interface across product listings and account areas.
• We implemented BundleB2B to support custom pricing, bulk ordering, and account-level controls - essential tools for high-volume buyers in a technical industry.
• Using BigCommerce’s API and SDK, we built custom flows for hazardous materials, ensuring compliance while reducing friction at checkout.
