The original custom order form was built into the legacy site with ERP dependencies, making it incompatible with the newer Shopify-based storefront. This forced the client to maintain two separate systems - doubling maintenance efforts and costs. The objective was to fully retire the legacy platform by rebuilding and integrating the wholesale order form within Shopify.

Project Results

The result was a fully integrated, mobile-friendly wholesale order form directly tied to the Shopify product catalog and pricing model. Custom admin logic using CSV imports enabled non-technical staff to manage bulk data efficiently. Wholesale and B2C orders now flow automatically into the ERP system, significantly reducing the workload for the customer service team while enhancing the user experience for mobile and desktop clients alike.
