Approach / Work done

Facing challenges with their existing custom e-commerce solution, the company sought to enhance the overall customer experience and conversion. The absence of a user-friendly platform resulted in inefficiencies in order processing, prompting the decision to re-platform the website.

Access Solutions proposed a comprehensive solution, involving the re-platforming of Autokrafters’ website to BigCommerce, a leading e-commerce platform.

The project scope included:

Whole Website Re-platforming:

Migration from the existing custom solution to BigCommerce for an enhanced user experience.

Full Integration with Acumatica ERP which included:

1) Data Import: Seamless transfer of existing data to ensure continuity and historical accuracy.

2) Integration of the new website with Autokrafters’ complex ERP system (Acumatica) for real-time catalog updates, stock availability, and pricing information.

Custom Features:

Development of custom features, including Product Fitment and My Garage section, to enrich the user experience.

Project Results

The collaboration between the client and Access Solutions resulted in a successful website replatforming and integration with the Acumatica ERP system. This allowed to improve the online service for customers, ensure real-time catalog and pricing updates, complete the project on time and within budget. The project demonstrated effective cooperation between the companies and positively impacted the client’s online online business operations.
