What You Will Do:
- Project management, coordination of all project participants to create an effective workflow that is comfortable for all stakeholders
- Planning and managing project scope, budget, resources, risks
- Active monitoring of the project and its key performance indicators
- Regular weekly/monthly reporting to client and company management on status, metrics and risks
- Ability to anticipate potential issues based on available project data and identified risks, proactively prevent problems
- Onboarding new team members, tracking team workload, productivity, efficiency
- Facilitating daily standups
- Maintaining centralized documentation like project plan, requirements, issues log etc.
- Tracking time spent by team members, ensuring timely timesheet submissions
- Conducting regular weekly check-ins with the team
Your Knowledge and Skills:
- 3+ years experience managing eCommerce/SaaS/Web projects
- Experience with Magento, Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
- Understanding of web development processes, ability to grasp technical concepts
- Excellent planning, time management, and organization skills
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Background in requirements analysis, business analysis a plus
- Skilled in project documentation like project plans, statements of work, risk charts, status reports
- Resource management skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
